The Arnold String Trio is born from the meeting of three young soloists, senior member of the Seiji Ozawa International Academy Switzerland : Shuichi Okada (Violin), Manuel Vioque-Judde (Viola) and Max Kim (Cello).

Winners of major international competitions (Primrose, Tertis, Markneukirchen, Lipizer, Osaka) they are regularly called upon to play on the biggest stages as soloists or in chamber music.

Greatly influenced by a decade of chamber music in the prestigious academy of the conductor Seiji Ozawa, the ensemble is characterized by the constant search for a sound of great homogeneity usually exclusively reserved for string quartets.

Ensemble in residence at the Singer-Polignac foundation, the 2019/2020 season of the Arnold trio will be devoted to the 5 string trios of Ludwig van Beethoven.

Acclaimed for his string quartets Ludwig van Beethoven, composed 5 trios which, although often overlooked, already have all the expressive force that we admire so much in his most recognized works.
